Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Our new-modified MICR cartridges, remanufactured toner cartridges, check stock, envelopes, MICR check gauges and MICR check scanners are guaranteed to be free from damage and/or defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Within one year from the date of purchase, you can return a damaged or defective item.
Once we receive and examine the merchandise, damaged or defective items will be replaced or the original purchase price refunded. In the case of a returned toner cartridge, if we determine that it is simply empty, no credit will be applied and the item will not be returned.
With the exception of software, you may return unused merchandise for up to 90 days from the purchase date. Any such merchandise and its packaging must be in "like new" / resellable condition. This means you cannot return a toner cartridge, for example, that has been opened or the seal pulled.
After our evaluation team determines the product is still in "like new" / re-sellable condition, we will issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and minus the original shipping cost. If the product comes back and it is not in re-sellable condition, no credit will be issued and the item will not be returned.
15% Restocking Fee
The 15% restocking fee for returned, unused merchandise covers our labor for processing the items. This includes inspecting the items, making sure they resellable, and entering the merchandise back into inventory.
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on our software. If you find that it does not meet your needs, it may be returned for a full refund for up to 30 days after purchase. You are liable for the shipping for the return. When we've received it back in new condition we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the software (shipping cost not included). We do strongly recommend that you try the demo software before making a purchase to determine if it works properly for you and has the features you need. The demo is fully functional but prints "VOID" on all checks. Any checks created with the demo version will print without the "VOID" watermark when opened and printed from the full retail version.
Before you return merchandise, call (866) 638-3643 or email customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) and get a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA ) number. Ship the merchandise in a well-packed box and write "RMA # XXXX" clearly on the outside of the box. DO NOT WRITE THE RMA # (or anything else) ON THE MERCHANDISE BOX OR PACKAGING, as that will make the unused merchandise no longer "like new".

Return Shipping Cost
The customer assumes the cost of shipping the merchandise back and must insure the shipment against damage or loss. If a returned item is lost or damaged in shipping, you will need to file a claim with your shipper and no credit will be issued by us.
